What Shadow Work Means?

Shadow Work is an introspective self-development practice inspired by concepts associated with Carl Jung. It explores the emotions, beliefs, triggers and unconscious patterns we tend to avoid or disown.

Sessions are reflective and conversational. Shadow Work is not psychotherapy and should not replace professional mental-health treatment.
